Excellent service from Toufik. We had a difficult and time-sensitive issue with our WooCommerce checkout involving Stripe and 3D Secure payments. Toufik responded quickly, understood the problem straight away and took a careful, methodical approach to diagnosing it. What I particularly appreciated was that he didn't just start changing things blindly. He checked the Stripe configuration, caching, checkout settings and payment flow, carried out test transactions, and made sure everything was working correctly. Communication was excellent throughout, and he explained what he was doing clearly. We were back up and running quickly, which was extremely important for an ecommerce business. Very knowledgeable with WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe, professional and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Toufik again or recommend him to anyone experiencing WooCommerce payment or checkout problems. 5 stars — highly recommended. ~ simon r
